Some information requested is optional. As a minimum, we must have Name, a contact address, your BHPA membership number and an indication of your experience. Other information helps with the running of the Club, so please provide as much as possible. Membership lists may occasionally be published in the Club Newsletter. If you do not wish your name to appear, please tick here [ ]. Membership information is stored on a computer database. Under the terms of the data protection act, you may request that your personal details are not kept in this database. If you wish to do this, please notify the Secretary in writing.
